The 4 day training is based on the ACF FSL Monitoring and Evaluation Guidelines. The guidelines provide directions for establishing M&E systems in humanitarian contexts. Monitoring is part of managing projects and programmes – it has to be applied even in short term emergency interventions.
This 3 day training course aims to enhance security management skills of senior ACF management staff. This training is designed as an advanced security management training for senior managers responsible for security management .
This 5 day training will provide participants with a sound foundation in adult learning approaches and equip them with the skills and tools to design and implement interactive training programs.
In addition to the above courses,the TC can develop and deliver training content and provide process facilitation in the following areas on request.
ACF staff often work in complex environments, in diverse teams and with constantly changing dynamics.
